The second quarter of the year 2010, Aleesha is now a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha is from a sport-loving family in 1984. The father and her siblings were ice hockey players, while her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha played softball, soccer and basketball prior to when she began bodybuilding when she was fifteen. Aleesha's pro card was earned after she won NPC USA Championships. Her first year of competition, it was in 2008. She was also a participant at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro, where she was ranked ninth. She held on to her 9th-place finish for 2015. Aleesha finished 6th both 2016 and 2015 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. With steady improvement, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 winning the Chicago Pro Championships. The bodybuilder's best performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix came in 2020 when she held the 4th place. However, "Worlds strongest mom" had a brief break from the sport because of health concerns.
